The Branch organised a series of 4 Training Courses for winter.  The subjects were Listening & Striking; Five/Six Bell Methods; Leading Down & Up in Peal; Introduction to Conducting. Each course ran on the 3rd Saturday of November, December and January at a variety of towers and required a large number of helpers, all of whom seemed keen to be there. It was particularly good to see some students from previous courses now acting as helpers. Students were enthusiastic, most attended all 3 sessions and most made significant progress. Thanks go to those who arranged permission for ringing, to those who led the courses, to the helpers who made them possible and to the students for making them worthwhile.
